How many times have you heard that saying? In my years of coaching women, I see it over and over again. Women are sabotaging their lives without even knowing it. They believe these thought patterns or behaviors are a part of who they are but they aren't. They have allowed self-sabotage to creep in and tell them things that are not true.

In today’s episode I talk about my top 3 types of self-sabotage I see in my clients. I discuss where they come from and how I help my clients overcome these thoughts when they appear.
